This identification of conservatism is spot on. American conservatives belief that god has ordained an order for society and the privileged have the right to dictate to the rest of society how to live. Conservatism is very schizophrenic in that it is based on the traditions of culture. A conservative muslim believes the Koran is the last say on law. Conservatism starts with aristocracy and proceeds to tyranny the further you go into it. Hitler was the ultimate conservative in his praise of a nonexistent past (the conservative utopia) and the ultimately reactionary nature of his movement and regime.

"From the pharaohs of ancient Egypt to the self-regarding thugs of ancient Rome to the glorified warlords of medieval and absolutist Europe ..."

lemme fix that;

From the pharaohs of ancient Egypt to the self-regarding thugs of ancient Rome to the glorified warlords of medieval and absolutist Europe evolved a true sense of humanity. The Western world was derailed from it's own history of complete strife and disunity by the intervention of the United States into WWii and a new world was set in motion. If not for the develpoement of nuclear weaponery, tyranny and oppression would have been confined to the cultural beliefs and practices of those nations that unwittingly promote and preserve tyranny. The institutionalizng of 'inalienable rights' by the United States was an anomoly that even today is not recogonized and the only real way to preserve freewdom althouh many institutionalize a mirror set of freedoms rooted in man made authority.

Even an athiest would be wise to support 'enalienable rights'. lol

Where was I? OK The new world also paved the way for communism and socialism, marxisn and fascism. of which preserve the old ways of Kings and Sun Gods. But that's ok because if they are held at bay they serve as good reminders to us all of the 'natural world order'. Unless you are a Liberal

Forget, please, "conservatism." It has been, operationally, de facto, Godless and therefore irrelevant. Secular conservatism will not defeat secular liberalism because to God both are two atheistic peas-in-a-pod and thus predestined to failure. As Stonewall Jackson's Chief of Staff R.L. Dabney said of such a humanistic belief more than 100 years ago:

"[Secular conservatism] is a party which never conserves anything. Its history has been that it demurs to each aggression of the progressive party, and aims to save its credit by a respectable amount of growling, but always acquiesces at last in the innovation. What was the resisted novelty of yesterday is today .one of the accepted principles of conservatism; it is now conservative only in affecting to resist the next innovation, which will tomorrow be forced upon its timidity and will be succeeded by some third revolution; to be denounced and then adopted in its turn. American conservatism is merely the shadow that follows Radicalism as it moves forward towards perdition. It remains behind it, but never retards it, and always advances near its leader. This pretended salt bath utterly lost its savor: wherewith shall it be salted? Its impotency is not hard, indeed, to explain. It is worthless because it is the conservatism of expediency only, and not of sturdy principle. It intends to risk nothing serious for the sake of the truth."

Our country is collapsing because we have turned our back on God (Psalm 9:17) and refused to kiss His Son (Psalm 2).

Alas, giving up the bacon won't help, but fortunately change is on the way.

I have spent almost decade on this disaster, day after day: there at the beginning, with pigs and in pig country when the horror story started. We decided on a self-sufficient lifestyle and walked into a nightmare.

There is little doubt that MRSA in pigs has been leaking into the hospitals for some years.

There was a nasty mutation to a porcine circovirus in Britain in 1999 which caused an epidemic that required huge quantities of antibiotics to handle the consequences.

MRSA in pigs was the result, usually the ST398 strain.

The Dutch picked up the problem about four years ago and commendably make everything they knew public.

Both circovirus and MRSA epidemics have now travelled the world along with accompanying cover-ups. It is quite a nasty situation - now coming to light in the USA.

MRSA st398, mutated circovirus and various other unpleasant zoonotic diseases have now reached American pig farms.

The people exposing the scandal in the US are to be commended.

I have extensive records available to anyone researching the link and can often answer general questions quickly and accurately.
