On Narcissism
I have been thinking about narcissism for a long time and have notes scattered hither and yon about my ideas with regard to narcissism. I will use this page to collect those notes and see if I have something here that is worth distributing.
Notes, so far:
1) Human choice, insofar as a choice exists, becomes one of “shall I do for you, or do for me?”
2) Human behavior is too complex to be seen as a single line spectra. The better model is a matrix of vectors, each of which has physiological and cognitive components.
I call this model of human behavior the narcissism matrix, in that each of the vectors in the matrix contribute to the decision of “you or me”.
